Locum Opportunity: Social Care Occupational Therapist - Children's/Young Adults Team
Location: Nottingham, UK
Hourly Rate: £34.55
Hours: Part-time (3 days per week)
Contract: Ongoing
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Care Occupational Therapist to join the Children's/Young Adults Team in Nottingham. This locum position offers the flexibility of part-time work (three days per week), allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on children and young adults in need.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial assessments and scheduled reviews for children and young adults requiring specialist equipment and/or adaptations, including Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs) and moving & handling assessments .
* Work closely with the Disability Housing Adviser team to support re-housing functions.
* Collaborate with the Adults OT team to ensure integrated and effective service delivery.
* Conduct home visits after school hours , when necessary, to accommodate the needs of young clients.
Requirements:
* HCPC registration is essential.
* Minimum two years' experience as a qualified Occupational Therapist .
* A car driver is preferable to facilitate efficient home visits and service delivery.
