What you will do:

* Provide high-quality occupational therapy care to patients with orthopaedic and trauma conditions as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Assess patients' functional abilities and develop tailored treatment plans to support their recovery and independence.

* Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

* Offer expert advice and support to patients and their families to aid in their rehabilitation journey.

* Ensure all practices are in line with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) standards.

* Travel between sites as necessary, so having a full UK driving licence is essential.
