There is no minimum number of hours that you need to work, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.

Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you'll have the nursing shifts at Aderyn secured that you want.

What you will be doing:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will provide high-quality evidence-based care to men with enduring mental health conditions in a high quality step down service, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you'll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Aderyn's high quality step down service for men with enduring mental health conditions sets a sector-leading example of clear care pathways for patients with a focus on recovery.

The unit is situated in a picturesque part of Wales with good transport links. Aderyn provides spacious grounds and mature gardens; facilities on site include a woodwork / activity room, education suite, log cabin (where patients often carry out bike repairs). Aderyn provides good community links, offering the patient group opportunities to study at colleges, work experience and general social interaction.
