Key Responsibilities:

* Assessment & Intervention - Evaluate service users' needs, identify risks, and determine appropriate interventions.

* Multi-Agency Collaboration - Work with professionals, statutory, and voluntary agencies to deliver the best possible support.

* Case Management - Effectively manage a caseload, ensuring compliance with policies and priorities.

* Record Keeping & Administration - Maintain accurate case records and complete necessary documentation.

* Safeguarding & Risk Management - Ensure service users' well-being by implementing safeguarding policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

* Social Work Qualification - DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or a Social Work Degree.

* Experience in a Statutory Setting - Strong background in assessments and crisis intervention.

* Knowledge of Key Legislation - Expertise in the Mental Capacity Act and experience working with vulnerable adults.

* Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration - Ability to work effectively with professionals across various disciplines.
