Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Evolve are recruiting for a leading medical group who are seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their team. You’ll work within our clients progressive urgent care service, alongside an incredible multidisciplinary team.

This is a permanent full-time position with full/part time hours available based in Yorkshire.

Ideal Requirements for the Advanced Clinical Practitioner

• First Level registered Nurse (NMC)

• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or relevant ANP courses at level 6 or 7.

• Minimum 3 year experience post level 7 qualifications in urgent care, primary care, or a hospital setting.

• Ability to see and treat a variety of conditions autonomously.

Role Responsibilities for the Advanced Clinical Practitioner

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing medication. (If qualified)

• Deliver face-to-face consultations, urgent primary care, and onward referrals when needed.

• Provide expert care for undifferentiated and complex cases, ensuring the best outcomes for patients.

• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure patients are seen by the right professionals.
