What you will do:

- Manage a caseload of children in need, child protection, and children in care cases, ensuring each child receives the best possible care and support.

- Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with families and multi-agency teams.

- Attend and contribute to meetings and conferences, advocating for the best interests of the children.

- Provide guidance and support to families, working towards improving family dynamics and achieving positive outcomes.

- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required by the team and other stakeholders.
