* Utilise your crucial experience as a Community Band 5 Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care effectively.

* Travel within the community setting in your own vehicle, so a car is essential for this role.

This position requires previous experience as a Community Band 5 Nurse, with key competencies in medication administration, wound management, and catheter care.
