What you will do:
* Lead and manage a team comprising social workers and leaving care personal advisers, providing supervision and support for up to five practitioners.

* Provide high-quality interventions and support that focus on the safety and independence of care leavers.
* Manage performance effectively, guiding and supporting staff in their professional development.
* Participate in duty work as required and ensure statutory frameworks and court processes are effectively adhered to.
* Collaborate with local organisations and businesses to enhance support for young people.
