What You Will Do:

* Supervise and Support Foster Carers: Provide regular guidance and assistance to approved foster carers throughout Staffordshire and surrounding areas.

* Placement Reviews: Conduct ongoing reviews of foster placements and develop action plans to address any identified needs.

* Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for foster carers, providing solutions to queries and challenges as they arise.

* Collaborate with Professionals: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure a cohesive and effective fostering approach.

* Deliver Training: Organize and lead training sessions and workshops to foster carers, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
