What you will do:
- Conduct a comprehensive range of haematology laboratory investigations, adhering to established standard operating procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely test results to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot specialist haematology laboratory equipment as needed.
- Engage in quality assurance and control processes to uphold laboratory accreditation and comply with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer expert haematology support.
- Maintain precise records of laboratory work while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff and laboratory assistants.
