What You Will Do:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Court & Children with Disabilities Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Lead and support a team of social workers, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks and council policies.
* Provide leadership in implementing policy changes and support frontline staff in delivering effective services.
* Communicate regularly with senior management on service issues, implementing necessary action plans.
* Monitor performance targets and manage budgetary responsibilities to ensure optimisation of resources.

Requirements:
* Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Social Worker.
* Strong knowledge of statutory frameworks, safeguarding principles, and relevant legislation.
* Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and performance evaluation.
* Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
