What you will do:

* Manage a dedicated team consisting of one Practice Manager and up to seven social workers, ensuring high-quality support is provided to children and families within the Children with Disabilities Service.

* Oversee and provide supervision and support to social workers to assure the quality of work completed.

* Directly manage a range of care situations, including Child Protection and Child in Need plans, as well as the care of children under the local authority.

* Collaborate on strategic tasks alongside the Head of Service, ensuring that the team's goals align with broader service objectives.

* Develop and implement innovative practices to optimise team performance and enhance service delivery for children with disabilities.
