What you will do:

* Provide high-quality assessment and care management to children and families requiring ongoing intervention.

* Review interventions within statutory timescales and ensure plans are achieving identified outcomes.

* Demonstrate professional competence in social work practice and contribute to service development initiatives.

* Ensure effective multidisciplinary working with partner agencies to provide holistic care.

* Represent the service at Court and Panel meetings, advocating for the best outcomes for children.

* Manage and be accountable for your own social work practice, with supervision and support.

* Work with the Fostering Team to assist in reaching recruitment targets and improving foster carer retention in line with the Fostering Recruitment and Retention Strategy.
