What you will do:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and devise tailored therapy programmes to support their rehabilitation and independence.

* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, community-based occupational therapy services.

* Provide equipment and adaptation recommendations to enhance clients' ability to perform daily tasks.

* Facilitate group sessions to promote social integration and skill development.

* Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and service delivery.

Requirements:

This role requires a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration and experience in community occupational therapy. A valid driving licence and your own vehicle are essential as you will be visiting clients throughout the community.
