What you will do:

* Lead a team comprising Advanced Practitioners, Social Workers, and Care Navigators to ensure timely and effective responses to safeguarding concerns and Section 42 Enquiries.

* Collaborate with operational services and external agencies to guarantee robust and compliant practice in line with the Care Act 2014.

* Provide strong leadership and professional supervision to your team, focusing on maintaining high standards of practice.

* Ensure performance targets are met while championing continuous professional development across the team.

* Implement and maintain structures, systems, and processes that fulfil statutory duties and legislative responsibilities.
