Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Senior Practitioner/SEND Auditor to work full time based in Haringey.

The salary for this permanent Senior Practitioner/SEND Auditor job is up to £50,890 per annum.

Main duties:

* To work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the implementation and delivery of the Quality Assurance Framework through an agreed programme of audit activity.

* To undertake audits as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager, including working to audit specifications and writing bespoke audit tools.

* To analyse audit data and prepare written reports on the audit findings.

* To prepare reports and deliver presentations on audit fundings to staff at all levels of the Department.

* To support the quality assurance manager in embedding quality assurance processes, including audit activity, across Children's Social Care.

* To work closely with the Children's Social Care Workforce Development Team to ensure that findings from quality assurance activity is reflected in appropriate training for staff.

* Through the quality assurance and audit process to report to the Policy and Procedures Officer to ensure that policies and procedures are relevant to the needs of children and families.

* Understanding, knowledge and ability to follow guidelines that ensures compliance with Health and Safety at Work, Data Protection and other statutory requirements.

* Understanding and commitment to promoting and implementing the Council's Equal Opportunities policies.

* To undertake any other temporary responsibilities aligned with the overall purpose and grade of the role.

Requirements of this role:

* A social Work Qualification or equivalent.

* Understanding of relevant legislation.

* Registered or eligible for registration.

* Understanding, knowledge and ability to follow guidelines to ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work, Data Protection and other statutory requirements.

* This post requires registration with the relevant health professional council/governing body (Social Care England).
