Salary: £62,310 Annually

What you will do:
* Manage a complex and varied caseload of service users with diverse cancer conditions.
* Provide expert dietetic support through evidence-based treatment plans, including nutrition support and prescribing nutritional supplements where needed.
* Utilise advanced clinical reasoning and nutritional assessment tools for managing patients with complex needs.
* Build empathetic therapeutic relationships using advanced counselling skills to assist patients and carers in improving nutritional care.
* Coordinate home enteral feeding discharges and provide ongoing support for outpatients and families.
* Collaborate with UK Dietitians for patients referred from tertiary treatment centres to ensure continuity of care on their return to Guernsey.
* Liaise with local cancer charities and offer specialised nutritional advice as needed.
* Support colleagues during absences to maintain service delivery.
* Communicate complex information effectively both with patients and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining precise clinical records.
* Participate in and contribute to MDT meetings to facilitate cohesive patient care.
* Organise and deliver educational sessions to various groups and support dietetic training and work experience programmes.
* Actively contribute to audits and research to enhance Oncology dietetic services within Guernsey.
