What you will do:
- Assess and treat patients with a range of pulmonary conditions to help improve their quality of life.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on maintaining optimal pulmonary health.
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed records according to HCPC guidelines.
To excel in this role, you will need to be HCPC registered and a car driver, ready to bring care to patients across Wrexham.
