What you will do:

* Lead and manage registered managers within Gloucestershire's regulated children's residential services, ensuring legal responsibilities are met.

* Oversee care compliance and practice standards, maintain alignment with Statements of Purpose, and support quality assurance.

* Collaborate with statutory and community partners to enhance children's experiences and outcomes.

* Resolve admission referrals disputes, ensuring congruence with residents' needs.

* Implement and assess systems for monitoring and improving service quality, including analysis of feedback, complaints, and inspections.

* Develop and present service development reports, highlighting progression against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

* Promote staff welfare through compliance with health, safety, and working regulations.

* Provide expert management oversight, advising on interventions and risk management to meet the diverse needs of residents effectively.

* Foster a culture of inclusion by involving service users in service development.
