We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist specialising in Acute Stroke to join our team in Eastbourne UK. What you will do:

* Conduct thorough assessments of patients with acute stroke to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.

* Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process and strategies to manage daily activities.

* Regularly evaluate treatment progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary to meet individual patient goals.

* Maintain accurate records of patient progress and liaise with other healthcare professionals for continuity of care.

Essential requirements:

* Valid HCPC registration

* Proven experience in acute stroke rehabilitation

* Full clean driving licence for community visits
