What you will do:

* Work autonomously to provide specialized patient assessments, including those with complex presentations, and formulate specialist therapy management plans.

* Supervise and support less experienced Hand Therapy staff, assistants, and students, fostering an engaging and educational environment.

* Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and HCPC guidelines.

Requirements:

* HCPC registration is essential.

* A minimum of two years' experience in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, with a focus on hand therapy, is required.

* A car driver is preferable but not essential, as you may work across multiple sites.
