What you will do:

- Deliver podiatric clinical interventions for a busy, diverse high-risk caseload including diabetic patients with various complications and co-morbidities.

- Arrange follow-up reviews to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment plans for patients.

- Coordinate care with GPs and other healthcare professionals ensuring a collaborative approach for optimal patient outcomes.

- Apply your sound post-graduate podiatry knowledge and clinical skills in both autonomous and team settings.

- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues demonstrating strong interpersonal and team-working skills.

Requirements:

- Must be registered with the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC).

- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role demonstrating your capability and proficiency in podiatric care, especially for diabetic patients.
