What you will do:

- Perform compression therapy and doppler assessments for patients requiring vascular care.

- Provide expert wound care management to ensure optimal healing and recovery.

- Administer insulin and manage diabetic care plans.

- Insert, manage, and monitor catheters, ensuring patient comfort and hygiene.

- Operate syringe drivers, delivering critical medication with precision and care.

- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic and effective patient care.

We are seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse for our North East Team. An experienced nurse who is proficient in compression, dopplers, wound care, insulin administration, catheters, and syringe drivers will fit this role perfectly.
