What you will do:
* Perform venepuncture to efficiently and safely collect blood samples from patients.
* Ensure all specimens are correctly labelled, handled, and stored according to clinical guidelines.

* Provide a professional and compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring a reassuring experience.
* Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Phlebotomist or Healthcare Assistant with strong phlebotomy skills.
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is advantageous.
* Previous experience in NHS, private healthcare, or community settings is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team environment.
