We are searching for an innovative and driven Staff Nurse specialising in Brain Injury to join our remarkable team in Glasgow. This permanent position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from £34,916.66 to £44,027.68, with options for both full-time and part-time (23 hours per week) working arrangements. You will be working within a leading Neurobehavioural Rehabilitation Service that thrives on collaboration and excellence. What you will do:

- Collaborate within a dynamic interdisciplinary team, including support workers, psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychiatrists, and social workers, ensuring comprehensive neurorehabilitation services for service users and their families.

- Deliver expert care across inpatient, transitional living units, and outpatient settings, helping meet complex needs while developing neuropsychological and rehabilitation expertise.

- Drive service development, ensuring high-quality care and support hand in hand with a collective approach to meet the unique requirements of individuals with acquired brain injury.

- Be a pivotal part of service delivery, implementing patients' care plans effectively and efficiently.

About you:

To thrive in this role, you should have RMN or RNLD experience. While additional training will be provided for the neurobehavioural model, a flexible mindset and eagerness to learn are key. Your background should include at least 2 years of clinical and management experience to ensure you excel in this dynamic position.
