What you will do:

* Conduct face-to-face visits and home assessments of prospective foster carers, ensuring comprehensive evaluation in line with Coram Baaf Form F standards.

* Assess and prepare families for presentation to the fostering panel, supporting them through the fostering process.

* Present assessment reports to the panel, which meets every Wednesday, demonstrating your findings and evaluations clearly and confidently.

* Work independently, using your initiative, while also benefiting from regular supervision and support from your team when required.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and interactions.

* Be a key part of accommodating communication between various entities, enhancing the fostering journey.
