What you will do:

- Lead complex case assessments and develop care plans, ensuring the well-being of children and families is prioritised.

- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide integrated support and intervention.

- Conduct risk assessments and apply appropriate strategies to safeguard children.

- Provide expert guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills.

- Engage with families, listen actively, and maintain effective communication to foster trusting relationships.

- Liaise effectively with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure holistic care.

- Keep accurate and timely records in accordance with organisational and legal standards.
