Exciting Opportunity for a Band 5 Community Registered General Nurse in Telford, UK. We are seeking an experienced RGN to join our community team earning £21.00 per hour on weekdays via Umbrella/LTD. This role is full time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 , starting ASAP until 24th April 2025, with a high likelihood of extension. What You Will Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients in the community setting, employing your strong clinical skills and judgement.
- Implement care plans involving compression bandaging and Doppler assessments to ensure effective patient management.
- Provide PICC line care and administer flushes, always ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Operate syringe drivers and manage basic wound care independently and effectively.
- Carry out Digital Rectal Examination (DRE) and provide bowel care to maintain patient health and comfort.
- Manage the insertion and care of female/male and suprapubic catheters.
- Administer insulin, and other subcutaneous and intramuscular injections with precision and care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and superior outcomes.
