Senior Social Worker - Assessment Team
Location: Lambeth, UK
Salary: £38.50 per hour (Ongoing Contract)
Working Pattern: Full-Time or Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
* Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families, identifying strengths, risks, and areas for support.
* Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans to drive positive change and improve family outcomes.
* Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with community organisations , Contextual Safeguarding teams , Court teams , and Early Help services to provide coordinated support.
* Professional Liaison: Maintain effective relationships with partner agencies to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to service delivery.
* Responsive Practice: Demonstrate empathy and resilience when responding to complex and urgent situations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work .
* Registration: Social Work England (SWE) registration is essential.
* Experience: Minimum three years' post-qualified experience within child assessment teams .
* Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities with a focus on child-centred practice.
