Job Title: Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD)

Location: Market Weighton

Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Full time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £31,900 - £34,227 per annum

Are you a passionate and dedicated Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse looking for a new challenge? Sanctuary Personnel are recruiting for a Staff Nurse to join our client, a dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team in a CQC-registered independent hospital located in the picturesque town of Market Weighton. This purpose-built facility is designed to support males with mental health challenges on their journey to recovery, providing person-centred and recovery-focused care.

About Our Client:

They are one of the UK's leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services, offering a challenging and rewarding career with the backing of a world-class organisation that is committed to your development. With a network of hospitals, residential care homes, and supported living services, they are dedicated to making a lasting difference in the lives of those they support.

About the Service:

The hospital offers a safe and structured environment that facilitates gradual integration into the local community. With a capacity to accommodate up to 15 individuals, the service progresses patients from admission to living semi-independently in an on-site flat scheme, and ultimately to a residential setting upon discharge. The hospital is an open service with the ability to secure the premises to ensure the safety of the service users.

The Role:

As a Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of a team that is committed to promoting recovery and independence. You will play a key role in helping individuals achieve their goals of community integration, enhanced daily living skills, and a deeper understanding of their mental health and associated risks. You will be working in a supportive environment that values collaboration, person-centred care, and continuous improvement.

About You

They are looking for motivated individuals who are confident in their ability to support service users in their recovery journey. You should be flexible, caring, and committed to putting the needs of the service users first. You will also be keen to contribute to the ongoing development of the service and act as a positive role model and mentor for junior team members.

Essential Requirements:

* Qualified Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse

* Ability to work collaboratively within a Multi-Disciplinary Team

* Dedication to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

* Commitment to professional development and continuous learning

Benefits Include:

* Competitive salary with opportunities for salary progression

* Generous annual leave entitlement

* Wellbeing incentives

* Free meals and refreshments on duty

* Free parking

* Full payment of NMC fees

* CPD allowance and access to CPD opportunities at local universities

* Career development pathways

* Enhanced maternity benefits

* Employee Assistance Programme

As your experience and expertise grow, so will your opportunities for progression within their organisation.

Disclosure:

All roles are subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI, or Disclosure Scotland. They are an equal opportunities employer and will cover the cost of the DBS check.

Join our client and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. Apply today through Sanctuary Personnel!
