What you will do:

* Provide expert nutritional care to patients in the acute setting, ensuring all nutrition support interventions are evidence-based and person-centred.

* Independently manage a busy and varied caseload, including ICU patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care.

* Develop and implement tailored nutritional care plans, considering patient-specific needs and conditions.

* Evaluate and monitor the outcomes of nutritional interventions, adjusting care plans as required.

* Offer advice and guidance to patients and medical staff regarding nutritional concerns and treatment plans.

* Stay updated on the latest nutritional research to continually improve patient outcomes.

* Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, while supporting less experienced colleagues.
