Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £38,596 per annum + £3000 Welcome Bonus

Are you a dedicated Mental Health Nurse looking for a new opportunity? Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our client's team in Hemel Hempstead, where they provide comprehensive complex care and rehabilitation services for both male and female service users with enduring mental health conditions.

Set in beautiful, tranquil grounds, offering high-dependency rehabilitation services designed to support individuals with severe and long-term mental health needs. The facility provides specialized care for both male and female patients, including dedicated services for those living with neurodegenerative conditions such as Huntington's disease and dementia, as well as comprehensive neuropsychiatry support. This supportive environment combines expert, compassionate care with a focus on improving quality of life and enhancing independence for individuals with complex needs.

Job Profile:

* Deliver high-quality, service user-focused care

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities:

* RMN Qualified

* Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)

* Knowledge of the Mental Health Act

* Patient-centric with a commitment to delivering high-quality care

* Excellent organisational skills

* Effective communication skills

* Flexibility and a strong "can do" attitude
