What you will do:

* Provide the social perspective as part of the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) supporting all relevant aspects of team operations

* Carry out comprehensive Care Act Assessments

* Conduct Annual Funding reviews with a meticulous approach

* Engage in safeguarding meetings with urgency and professionalism

* Facilitate best interest meetings to ensure patients' needs are at the forefront

* Support mental health service users to prevent relapse and avoid hospital admissions

* Assess those seeking mental health support in the integrated Access Service

* Qualified AMHPs will participate in the Duty rota with role responsibilities adjusted accordingly
