Key Responsibilities:

• Chronic Disease Management – Conducting reviews for conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, and hypertension to support QOF targets.

• Cytology – Carrying out smear tests in line with NHS guidelines.

• Vaccinations & Immunisations – Administering childhood immunisations, flu, shingles, pneumonia, and travel vaccines.

• Health Promotion & Screening – Supporting lifestyle advice, NHS Health Checks, and smoking cessation programs.

• Medical Administration – Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in General Practice.

• Updated cytology & immunisation training.

• Familiarity with EMIS Web (preferred but not essential).

• Valid DBS certificate
