Job Title: Nursing Associate

Location: York

Type: Permanent

Salary: £23,949 - £26,282 per annum

Are you a qualified Nursing Associate looking to advance your career? Sanctuary Personnel have an exciting opportunity for you to join a highly esteemed interdisciplinary team at our client's brand-new independent hospital in York.

Their state-of-the-art facility is a purpose-built 40-bed hospital dedicated to providing high-quality neuropsychiatric and neurobehavioural assessment and rehabilitation for individuals with acquired brain injuries, alongside various mental health and physical conditions.

If you are passionate about supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions and committed to delivering the highest standards of care and assessment, we want to hear from you. They are dedicated to your professional development and well-being, offering the support you need to develop specialist skills within this field.

Qualifications:

* Registered Nursing Associate with a Foundation Degree, listed on the NMC Register

Knowledge:

* Understanding and adherence to NMC professional standards as outlined in The Code

* Awareness of when and how to seek advice and escalate issues to other professionals

Experience:

* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team

* Ability to assess strengths and development needs, seeking advice when necessary

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* A commitment to supporting people in achieving their goals

* Leadership qualities

* The ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team

* Initiative and adaptability

* Strong problem-solving skills
