What you will do:
* Facilitate family meetings using the family group conferencing model to empower families to develop their own plans.
* Collaborate with Children's Services, including MASH and the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team, to offer innovative family network meetings and FGCs.
* Conduct family network meetings specifically for cases undergoing Child Protection investigations.
* Support families through the pre-proceedings stage, ensuring mandatory use of the family group conference model.
* Organize and manage FGCs across Children's Services, coordinating with various professionals for comprehensive family plans.
* Engage families and children from diverse backgrounds ensuring an inclusive FGC process.
* Safeguard the welfare of children by adhering to established procedures and addressing any identified risks.
* Collect feedback and data to continuously refine and improve service delivery.
