What you will do:

* Independently assess, treat, and plan the discharge of patients in the community rehab team.

We're seeking a candidate with at least 12 months of NHS experience and post-qualification as a physiotherapist, preferably within the community and rehab setting. An HCPC registration is necessary, and we highly value car drivers due to the community nature of this role.
