Senior Staff Nurse Endoscopy
The Wellington Hospital Central Building, 21 Wellington Rd, London NW8 9SQ
Full time: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
Shift times: Shift Flexibility to cover opening hours 7am - 6pm
Permanent contract
Salary: competitive dependent on experience

We're looking for a Endoscopy Senior Staff Nurse to join our JAG accredited Endoscopy unit at The Wellington Hospital currently rated "Good" by the CQC .

The Wellington Hospital has over four decades of expertise ; providing the highest level of care for patients who are looking for the best treatment in key areas of healthcare, including: neurosurgery, spinal surgery, cardiac care, orthopaedics, acute neurological rehabilitation, gynaecology and cancer care. The Wellington Hospital Endoscopy Unit is a JAG accredited site.

What you'll do:

As an EndoscopySenior Staff Nurse, you will assess, develop, implement and evaluate the care needs of patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, provide the Consultant with skilled assistance and to ensure all flexible endoscopes are processed, stored, used and tracked and checked in accordance with current regulations

The team consist of diverse 12-15 staff, consisting of Nurses, HCA's and Admin. We are friendly, supportive and dedicated to the delivery of best patients care.

What you'll bring:

  • Registered Nurse Level 1
  • NMC Registration and PREP requirements
  • Previous experience working in a GI endoscopy unit.
  • Teaching and Assessing in Clinical Practice Certificate preferable.
  • Have the relevant endoscopy experience for the role.
