Near Deal

Part-time, 20 hours per week

I am working with a local GP surgery near Deal that is seeking an experienced Nursing Associate to join their team. While primary care experience is preferred, the right candidate will receive training in certain areas (note: experience in a GP surgery is essential).

This is a permanent part-time role within a fully staffed practice that offers ample support to help you transition into your new position. In return, you will receive fantastic benefits, including an NHS pension, NHS indemnity, and six weeks of annual leave.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and will be expected to perform the following tasks:

- Smear tests (preferably)

- Immunisations

- Dressings

- ECGs

- Chronic disease checks

- Blood tests

- Flu vaccinations

This small surgery serves approximately 6,000 patients and has a supportive team of GPs, nurses, and healthcare assistants who are eager to help you get started!
