We have an exciting ongoing opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist specialising in Neuro Rehabilitation based in Wandsworth, UK. This locum position offers an excellent pay rate of up to £27 hourly. The successful candidate will join the neuro-rehab level 1 traumatic brain injury service, working full-time, although part-time will also be considered. This role will significantly contribute to the multidisciplinary team management, with a specific focus on complex cognitive communication and language disorders, as well as dysphagia.

What you will do:

* Provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessments for patients with complex cognitive communication, language disorders, and dysphagia

* Deliver effective and personalised treatment programmes, working closely with patients and their families

* Play an integral role within the multidisciplinary team to contribute to comprehensive patient management

* Manage a caseload with proficiency, ensuring timely and effective intervention

* Offer guidance and support to junior therapists and other healthcare professionals as needed

* Engage in key working roles to ensure holistic care and effective communication across services

Requirements:

* Hold a current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

* Have at least 2 years of experience in Speech and Language Therapy, specialising in Neuro Rehabilitation

* Being a car driver is preferable to help with visits across multiple locations if needed
