What you will do:

- Work collaboratively within the Acute Physiotherapy Team to provide outstanding care to patients.

- Assess and develop rehabilitation plans for patients who are frail, and those with neurological and respiratory conditions.

- Delegate tasks effectively to, and provide support for, physiotherapy support staff.

- Play a pivotal role in collaborating with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to inform decision making and to plan discharge pathways for patients.

- Continuously evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
