Occupational Therapist - Band 6 within Care Coordinator
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist - Band 6 within Care Coordinator at Rochford, UK. The ideal candidate must be HCPC registered and possess a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Experience working within the NHS is also essential.
Earn £26 hourly. This is an ongoing opportunity with flexibility for both full-time and part-time positions. We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team.

What you will do:

- Effectively manage and prioritize a caseload of clients with complex needs, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with fellow professionals to enhance the quality of services provided.
- Lead junior staff through clinical supervision and the promotion of evidence-based practices.
- Deliver care in alignment with Trust's care programme approach guidelines, maintaining high standards of practice.
- Evaluate intervention efficacy within set deadlines and adhere to operational policies.
