What you will do:

* Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for patients in the acute medicine, older person's medicine, and general surgery departments.

* Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a collaborative approach to patient care.

* Educate and support patients and their families on therapeutic processes and expected outcomes.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legal and internal requirements.

* Ensure all services comply with HCPC guidelines and maintain high standards of clinical care.
