Rates: £25.00 per hour Day Rate
£30.00 Saturday
£35.00 Sunday

To be considered for this role you need a minimum of 6 months NHS experience within UK.

Job description:

Athona's Nursing division is currently recruiting for Community agency nurses, with an opportunity based in Margate, Deal and surrounding areas. This is Community based shift worked for a NHS Trust. You will need to be a car driver and have access.

Key skills:
Wound care
Catheter care
Palliative care
Holistic assessment
Medication administration
Insulin administration/management
Advanced clinical assessment skills
Experienced in acute and ED departments
Liaise with GP to initiate antibiotic treatment
IV skills with administration and cannulation
knowledgeable with ECG, bladder scans/ I-stat machine and the CRP machine phlebotomy.
Car driver - the team respond to each patient referral within 2 hours
Able to use RIO

To be considered for this post applicants will need:

Full NMC registration
Enhanced DBS for Adult and Child
