Dietitian - Band 6 - Gastroenterology - Remote (UK) £26 Hourly

What you will do:
Provide expert nutrition and dietetic services to gastroenterology, HEF, and nutrition support patients and their families.
Conduct patient visits in various community clinics across Hounslow Borough or at patients' homes where appropriate.
Lead the initial education and training of Coeliac patients and facilitate their follow-up via Annual Review groups, supported by other community dietitians.
Offer evidence-based advice to patients, carers, and clinicians regarding nutritional support, ensuring adherence to the latest clinical guidelines.
Perform thorough nutritional assessments that include the calculation of dietary requirements based on biochemistry and anthropometry.
