Job Type: Permanent Fulltime 35 hpw

Salary: €79,847 - € 96,305(LSI)

TTM Healthcare are recruiting for a Service Manager to take the lead providing both campus and community-based day and residential supports, to people with an intellectual disability and complex needs. You will be responsible for managing this service area in an effective manner, ensuring the highest standards of supports are provided and promoted across all settings. A key aspect of the role is maintaining and developing the Service's strategic direction, continuation of the culture and ethos of the service, whilst ensuring delivery of high quality care. Reporting to the ACEO, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the necessary leadership and management skills required for this post. We are looking for someone who is committed to supporting people with disabilities and their families, in a person centered, community based, and socially inclusive manner.

Requirements:

* A recognized healthcare qualification in the area of nursing or core multi-disciplinary profession

* Hold a qualification in a recognized management programme

* Full clean driving licence

* A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a comparable organisation.

* Have wide nursing or clinical experience with proven leadership and management qualities.

* Have demonstrable track record of leading teams

* A thorough and solid knowledge and understanding of HIQA Regulations and New Directions

* Excellent Financial management experience
