Your Role as an RGN:
As part of the team, you will:
* Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to everyone's needs.
* Support residents with personal care, rehabilitation, and health & wellbeing programmes.
* Deliver specialist care for individuals requiring tracheostomy or PEG/NG management.
* Monitor and record health conditions, administering medication and treatments.
* Collaborate with families, care teams, and healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment.
What You Bring:
* Valid NMC PIN and RGN qualification.
* Experience in specialist or complex care settings (preferred).
* Compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
