What you will do:

* Deliver a high standard OT service in designated clinical areas managing a complex caseload

* Employ evidence-based, client-centred principles to assess, plan, and evaluate OT interventions

* Ensure quality and safety standards are met, adhering to HCPC, RCOT, CQC, and Trust standards

* Supervise and guide the development of junior OTs, non-qualified staff, and students on placement

* Prioritise patient safety and wellbeing with thorough attention and care

To succeed in this role, you must be HCPC registered with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. A car driver is preferable to facilitate travel between sites as needed.
