What you will do:

- Provide exceptional neuro-specialised occupational therapy services to patients recovering from stroke and other neurological conditions.

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised care plans to assist in patient rehabilitation and recovery.

- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to track progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

- Engage in regular team meetings and case reviews to share insights and strategies.

Requirements:

- Hold a valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

- Possess at least two years of experience in stroke and neuro specialism within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting.

- A qualified car driver is preferable to navigate between multiple sites efficiently.
