** Job Title: Senior Family Support Worker**

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Family Support Worker to join our dynamic Children & Families team in Barkingside. You will play a pivotal role in developing family support interventions for children under statutory plans. **What you will do:**
* Lead family support interventions for children on statutory plans such as Child in Need and Child Protection.
* Collaborate with Social Workers to ensure effective service delivery.
* Develop and lead parenting programmes and interventions for families, including those affected by domestic abuse.
* Hold a caseload that includes co-working on child protection and care proceedings.
* Conduct Return Home Interviews and develop personalized support packages for young people.
* Participate in multi-agency meetings, representing the child and family to identify appropriate support.
* Maintain accurate case records and complete assessments that are translated into SMART plans.
* Deliver groupwork and outreach programmes addressing risk behaviours and promoting engagement.
* Advocate for children and their families, referring them to appropriate services as needed.
* Promote a diverse and multicultural service ethos across all facets of the role.
